Ready to Book Your Quilt?Â
 Here's how it works:
Get in touch for longarm quilting services
Fill out the Quilt Intake Form found at the button on the bottom of this page.Â
The form provides important information about you, your quilt top, and
preferences for thread, batting, edge-2-edge design, and your timeline.Â
From there, I’ll confirm details and provide a quote before we move forward.
Â
Choose your thread
I use high-quality threads that are both strong and beautiful.Â
Usually 40wt polyester specifically designed for my machine and to deliver a lasting quality result for years to come.
You can request a thread color or I’ll suggest one that blends or highlights your quilt in just the right way. I aim for a balance between visibility and cohesion.Â
Select Your Batting
You’re welcome to send your own batting or choose from what I carry below:
-
Hobbs 80/20 (cotton/poly blend) – A versatile all-purpose choice.
is the perfect blend of 80% natural cotton for soft, warmth, and breathabililty, and 20% polyester for strength, durability, and shape retention. A consistent loft without being too thick provides excellent stitch definition. Machine washable and dryable for easy care.Â
-
Hobbs 100% Cotton – soft with a classic drape and feel. Â
Enjoy the natural softness of 100% cotton with added strength and stability. This premium batting features high-grade, unbleached or bleached, long-staple virgin cotton combined with a thin polyester scrim (stabilizer) that prevents stretching and distortion.
Soft and pliable with a low loft, this batting creates quilts with a flat, traditional look that gets even softer with each wash and will hold its shape beautifully over time, making it perfect for heirloom quilts you'll cherish for generations.
-
Hobbs Heirloom 100% Premium Wool –  Washable Luxury.
Experience the soft, luxurious feel of premium wool batting that beautifully showcases your piecing and stitching. This lightweight, breathable batting is comfortable in all climates—even hot and humid weather—thanks to wool's natural temperature-regulating properties.
Made from the finest super-washed wool, this batting has a smooth, pleasant feel and resists shrinking. It needles beautifully, maintains its loft, and offers exceptional resilience for quilts that look wonderful over time. Despite being lightweight, it's strong and resists bearding and fiber migration.
Perfect for quilters seeking a natural, high-performance batting with a touch of luxury.Â
-
Hobbs Polydown – Non-allergenic, excellent wear, accentuates quilting.
made with very fine, white, denier bonded polyester which enables this batting to provide a soft feel, lovely drape and added durability. It resists bearding and migration, is machine-washable, and non-allergenic. It maintains its wonderful loft which accentuates quilting details.
An excellent choice for children's quilts, quilts that will experience hard use, or quilt requiring added definition.
If you're not sure, I’m happy to recommend the best option based on your quilt’s purpose.
